1. How to place an order?
You can easily place an order through our website or send us an email at info@promostart.hr.

2. How to check product availability?
You need to open the product and select the attributes (color, size, quantity) and the available stock will be displayed above the product price.

3. How to add a logo to the order?
You can add the logo in the final step of the ordering process, after filling in all the details for the quote and delivery. Click on "upload file" and add your logo.

4. In what format should the logo be sent?
The logo should be sent in vector format (.pdf, .ai, .svg, .eps, .tif).

5. Do you offer personalization for all items?
We offer personalization for almost all items in our range. If you want to check whether a product can be printed before placing an order, feel free to contact us.

6. What discount can I get for quantity?
The discount depends on the type of product, quantity, and print, so we cannot specify the discount before you place an order.

7. Do I need to pay for delivery if I pick up the order personally?
Delivery is charged for all orders under €250.00, regardless of whether you pick it up personally or it is delivered to you, as our warehouse is located outside of Croatia.

8. Can I include different logos on items in one order?
You can request multiple different logos in one order. In that case, the printing price is calculated separately for each item and quantity with one logo.

9. Do you deliver throughout Croatia?
We deliver throughout the Republic of Croatia and the European Union.

10. What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity varies by product. If a product has a minimum order quantity, it will be indicated on the product page and you won’t be able to enter a lower quantity. If there is no minimum, you can enter any quantity.

11. What is the minimum order amount?
The minimum order amount is €250.00.

12. How much is the delivery charge?
Delivery is charged €10.00 for all orders under €250.00.

13. Is it possible to deliver one order to multiple addresses?
It is possible to send an order to multiple addresses. In that case, please leave a note in the final step of ordering or contact us by email at info@promostart.hr with the web order number and all necessary delivery details.

14. Can we order items without printing?
Most of our products can be ordered without printing.

15. Why is the printing price not shown on the website?
The printing price is not displayed because it depends on quantity and type of printing for each item. Therefore, there is no fixed printing price—it is calculated separately for each item and order.

16. Do you have a physical store where products can be viewed and purchased?
We don’t have a retail store, but samples can be viewed at our office by appointment via email or phone.

17. Can I buy a single item?
Single item purchase is not available. Our prices and terms are wholesale.

18. Can we order samples of items we're interested in?
If we have a sample in our showroom, we can lend it for up to 3 business days, with the customer covering the delivery cost. If the sample is not in stock, you can order it, and in that case, you pay for the sample and delivery costs. The same applies to printed samples.

19. Can an order be canceled?
A paid and confirmed order generally cannot be canceled, but please contact your sales agent as soon as possible in any case.

20. Do I need to send a vector logo if it’s just text?
You don’t need to send text in vector format. It’s enough to send the name of the desired font and color along with the printing text.

21. Can I place an order by phone, message, or social media?
We do not accept orders by phone or message. You can place an order on our website or by emailing info@promostart.hr.

22. Can I pay in cash or by card at your location?
Payment is made exclusively via bank transfer.

23. Where can I find payment details and what are the payment methods?
Payment details are located in the top left corner of the quote, and the payment method is bank transfer.

24. Can I place an order as a private individual?
You can place an order as a private individual.

25. Can I place an order if the product is not available?
If the desired item is not available, please send us an email with all necessary quote details and we will get back to you as soon as possible with availability information.

26. Do you offer custom made products?
We offer custom made products. All you need to do is send us the specifications via email.

27. Are prices shown with or without VAT?
Prices on the website are shown without VAT.

28. Do you offer graphic design services?
We do not offer graphic design services. The logo must be provided with the order.

29. Do you offer design adjustments?
We provide minor design adjustments (resizing, color changes, or combining elements within the print area).

30. What is the delivery time?
Items without logo application (personalization) are available within 3–7 business days from receipt of payment.
For items with printing, delivery time is longer and depends on the quantity and print technique. The quote will indicate the estimated delivery time, which applies from payment confirmation and approved print visual.
We are not responsible for potential delays caused by delivery services, weather conditions, or extraordinary circumstances.
